      3.1  Materials and Parts incoming Inspection.
All materials and spare parts are inspected before enter into warehouse and will double self checking by staffs in the certain working process.
      3.2 Finished Products Testing.
Each scooters will be tested by riding in certain testing area and all functions to be checked carefully before packing. 1/100 will be randomly inspected too by quality control manger after packing.
